We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our care team at Oasis at the Conch Republic, a premier Assisted Living Facilities in Key West, Florida. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence, safety, and well-being for our residents. You will conduct assessments, set goals, and provide interventions to residents with a range of diagnoses and abilities. Your expertise will also be invaluable in facilitating resident-centered care and promoting a culture of wellness and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address residents' goals and needs

• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including training, therapy, and education

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida

• Experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting

• Level of Education in occupational therapy
