Job Summary: The Breast Imaging Care Coordination & Records Specialist is responsible for the timely acquisition, management, and upload of prior imaging studies and related medical records for breast imaging patients across Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) offsite locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring radiologists have complete imaging histories for accurate interpretation and supports seamless communication among breast surgeons, radiologists, and the multidisciplinary breast care team. The position requires regular travel between outpatient sites.

Status: Fair Lawn Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00a-4:00p

Job Essentials:

• A minimum of 1 year of healthcare clerical/administrative work experience.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to courteously interact with callers and visitors.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills to include (Electronic Medical Record System and Outlook for scheduling)
• Prior customer service work experience a plus.
• Prior medical assistant work experience a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
