Available Shifts: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Are you interested in starting or growing a career in manufacturing? We are hiring CNC Laser Operators to join a leading metals company in Oviedo, FL.

No CNC laser experience is required for entry-level candidates. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals with a willingness to learn. Candidates with previous machine operation, laser cutting, metal fabrication, forklift, crane, or material-handling experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30am-4pm
• Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
• $2.00 per hour raise after 90 days
• Exact shift hours will be discussed during the interview process

• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
• $2.00 per hour raise after 90 days

• Operate and monitor CNC laser-cutting equipment
• Load and unload steel plates and other metal materials
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes
• Review work orders, cut lists, and production instructions
• Measure materials and finished parts for accuracy
• Sort, label, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipment
• Perform basic machine inspections and routine equipment checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals

• Entry-level candidates are welcome and will be trained
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or metal-handling experience is preferred but not required
• CNC laser, plasma table, burn table, saw, press brake, or fabrication experience is a plus
• Forklift or overhead-crane experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to handle steel and other heavy materials safely
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $39520.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Orlando,FL.
