Job Summary:
seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Lead to support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Oracle Cerner Millennium EHR system across statewide health facilities.
This role will focus on system configuration, workflow optimization, reporting, and end-user support , acting as a key liaison between IT, clinical teams, and business stakeholders .

Job Summary:

This role will focus on system configuration, workflow optimization, reporting, and end-user support , acting as a key liaison between IT, clinical teams, and business stakeholders .
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Cerner Analyst supporting PowerChart implementation and optimization
- Configure and build PowerNote, PowerForm, PowerPlan, Dynamic Docs, and ESH
- Develop and maintain Cerner CCL reports and custom reporting solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define current and future state workflows
- Lead system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot complex EHR system, interface, and integration issues (HL7, FSI)
- Support interface management, reporting, and data quality improvements
- Manage user access, training, and onboarding activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Monitor system usage and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
- Act as SME and lead cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT / EHR systems support
- 5+ years as a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst
- Strong experience with Cerner Millennium / Cerner Olympus
- Hands-on experience with HL7 interfaces and integrations
- Experience with FSI (Foreign Systems Integration)
- Experience in reporting and data analysis
- Experience with Cerner CCL (Discern Query Language)
- Knowledge of Cerner modules:
- PowerChart
- Bedrock
- Remedy
- RLN (Reference Lab Network)
- WQM (Work Queue Manager)
- RRD (Remote Report Distribution)
- Experience with JavaScript, SharePoint, MS Office tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Remote role with quarterly onsite visit
- Must be located in the Continental US (EST hours required)
