Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need. Depending on the shift, the role may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, helping members while stocking shelves, and more. The job is physically demanding and fast‑paced. What You'll Do Promptly unload trucks and stage items. Assist fellow associates throughout the store. Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom. Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area. Ensure safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following forklift spotting, hazardous‑material, and company standards. Maintain merchandise presentation, proper zoning, and product displays. Monitor food and merchandise quality, product rotation, and sanitation standards. Comply with company policies and ethics, using the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and co‑workers. Help fill club pick‑up orders throughout the day. Requirements Thrive in fast‑paced environments. Keep member satisfaction as a top priority. Comfortable with change and adapt quickly. Problem‑solver tackling obstacles and ensuring task completion. Able to lift and carry boxes and other heavy objects weighing more than 25 pounds. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
