Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines. Maintain at least 32 hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
