Job Description
The Personal Assistance Services Field Supervisor-Home Care oversees a large team of 150+ staff focused on delivering high-quality home care services. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role emphasizes effective scheduling, staffing, and maintaining compliance and care quality. The supervisor ensures smooth daily operations while fostering a client-centered care environment, with local travel required to support staff and client needs.

Responsibilities
Supervise a large team of home care personnel to ensure quality service delivery
Manage client scheduling to optimize staff resources and care coverage
Oversee care plan implementation and make adjustments as needed
Conduct staff training to maintain high standards and compliance
Monitor regulatory compliance and quality assurance metrics
Report and document incidents promptly and accurately
Maintain positive client relations and address concerns effectively
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in home care supervision
Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Valid driver's license for local travel
Expertise in home care coordination and team leadership
Strong skills in patient care management and scheduling
Effective communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution abilities
Excellent time management skills
Bilingual
