Seeking an experienced physician with a specialty in obstetrics to join an ongoing call pool at a comprehensive healthcare facility. The role follows a preferred 7 on 7 off schedule model, catering to a varied patient load, averaging 10 patient encounters per shift. Open dates continue throughout the year. Candidates will perform an array of obstetric and gynecological procedures in a well-equipped department of 15 beds.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Perform OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and gynecological surgeries
• Provide care for low and high-risk pregnancies, although high risk is not a requirement
• Conduct office/minor gynecological procedures

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience in performing various obstetric and gynecological procedures

Working Hours

• 7 on 7 off model, varied shifts

Skills

• Competence in decision-making for C-section
• Ability to manage multiple types of deliveries
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting OB ultrasounds
• Strong skills in surgical gynecology
