ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our server assistants will provide help to our servers and ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for guests. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE Set-up and cleanliness of dining area to include efficiently clearing, cleaning and resetting of dining room tables Assists the wait staff to complete plated food items for service. Strive to create a team oriented and safe work environment with fellow staff and associates while providing our guest with top tier service. Clear and clean tables after guests have left the table Transport dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen Wipes tabletops and chairs with damp cloth Set the tables to correct specifications Replace soiled table linens and set tables with silverware and glassware Replenish supply of clean linen, silverware, glassware, and China in dining room Assist the servers of their duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Ability to follow instructions and help others Ability to stay positive under pressure ServSafe Certified within two weeks of employment Tangled Roots participates in E-Verify and will conduct employment eligibility verification checks on new hires after a job offer is accepted, in accordance with the Federal Law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tangled Roots Brewing Company
