Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support community events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and nonprofit initiatives . No experience required — paid training is provided! What You’ll Do As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will work with a team to help create engaging experiences at community and promotional events. Responsibilities may include: Assist with event setup, activities, and promotional campaigns Welcome, engage, and communicate with event attendees Provide information about featured programs, organizations, and campaigns Represent brands and nonprofit partners in a professional manner Support event marketing and promotional activities Distribute marketing materials and help increase community awareness Answer questions and provide excellent customer service Work closely with team members to ensure successful events Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Paid Training & Career Development No previous event, marketing, or sales experience is necessary.
