Description Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Process guest payments and handle cash transactions end of shift reconciliation. Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be at least 18 years old. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time.
