BCBA Center and Home-Based Position at Yellow Bus ABA
Job Summary:
Join our team at Yellow Bus ABA as we strive to create an enriching environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in crafting individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs). Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA who:
Is passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
Is adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Is committed to working full-time
Is able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Eligibility Requirements:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
BCBA certification
VA LBA certification
