We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our front-of-house team! You’ll be the face of Zio Al’s, delivering excellent food and beverage service with a warm, friendly attitude. Our ideal candidate has great communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

·       Greet guests promptly and with a smile

·       Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system

·       Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards

·       Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction

·       Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and notify management as needed

·       Maintain a clean and organized section, including resetting tables

·       Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service

·       Follow all food safety and sanitation policies

·       Upsell specials, drinks, and desserts when appropriate

Qualifications

·       Prior experience as a server required

·       Must be 18+

·       Strong communication and multitasking skills

·       Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

·       Professional appearance and positive attitude

·       Team player who is dependable and punctual

·       Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

·       Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
