What We're Looking For: We are searching for a Dental Assistant who is:
- Experienced: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, will train to get you comfortable and on track to provide pediatric and orthodontic care.
- Knowledgeable: Familiar with dental instruments, procedures, and patient care protocols.
- Detail-Oriented: Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a gentle and reassuring demeanor towards patients.
- Proactive: A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Professional: Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dental software and digital imaging.
