Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAurum Wireless is growing quickly, and we’re looking for ambitious people who want more than another sales job.Our Manager in Training program is designed for candidates who want to learn our business, prove themselves in the field, and move quickly into leadership. You’ll receive hands-on training in wireless sales, team coaching, interviewing, store operations, performance management, and new-location launches.The goal is to prepare successful candidates for promotion into a Team Lead or Store Lead position within approximately 60–90 days, based on performance, readiness, and available locations.What You’ll DoSell major telecom products inside high-traffic retail locationsLearn Aurum’s customer engagement and sales processHelp coach and support Mobility ExpertsAssist with interviews, onboarding, and new-hire trainingProvide coverage at locations throughout the Twin CitiesHelp launch and stabilize new retail locationsTrack daily performance and maintain accountabilityBuild strong relationships with retail-store leadershipLearn the operational responsibilities required to run an Aurum locationScheduleThis is a full-time position requiring approximately 40–45 hours per week.Wednesday: Leadership training, interviews, and development at our Roseville officeThursday–Sunday: Selling, coaching, and supporting Aurum retail locationsWeekend availability is requiredReliable transportation is required because this position may support multiple locationsCompensation and AdvancementCompetitive hourly payUncapped performance-based earning potentialWeekly incentives, contests, and recognitionPaid leadership and sales trainingFast-track consideration for Team Lead and Store Lead opportunitiesLong-term advancement into multi-unit and market leadership positions as Aurum expandsFull compensation details will be reviewed during the interview.Who We’re Looking ForYou may be a strong fit if you:Have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, recruiting, or team leadershipAre comfortable approaching and speaking with customersWant responsibility and advancement—not just a jobCan accept coaching and apply feedback quicklyAre dependable, competitive, and accountableCan lead by example and produce results personallyAre comfortable working in a fast-growing company where opportunities are earned quicklyWireless experience is helpful but not required.
