Territory Sales Representative Kitchen & Bath / Cabinetry Location: Greater Atlanta GA Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Commission Performance-Based Bonuses Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Remote / Field-Based The Opportunity Our client an established and growing manufacturer in the premium building materials industry is seeking motivated results-driven Territory Sales Representatives to expand its kitchen and bath cabinetry business across several key U.S. markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced outside sales professional who thrives on developing new business building strong dealer relationships and taking ownership of a territory with significant growth potential. Backed by a company with a strong reputation for product quality experienced leadership and a commitment to investing in its sales organization this role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful book of business while enjoying the autonomy of a field-based sales position. This is a true hunter role not an account maintenance or order-taking position. The ideal candidate is motivated by opening new accounts winning market share and building a territory from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on expanding market share and generating new revenue. Identify prospect and secure new kitchen and bath dealers cabinetry showrooms and other qualified retail partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer owners decision-makers designers and sales teams. Drive new dealer acquisition product placements showroom displays and initial purchase orders. Conduct regular in-person dealer visits product presentations and training sessions. Position premium cabinetry products through a value-based consultative sales approach. Identify additional opportunities with residential builders and select multifamily customers where appropriate. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through account activation and ongoing growth. Track sales activity dealer development revenue performance and territory growth opportunities. Work independently while collaborating with sales leadership to achieve territory growth objectives. Qualifications & Experience 5 years of successful outside sales experience in cabinetry kitchen and bath or related building materials. Proven track record of opening new dealer accounts and growing an assigned sales territory. Established relationships within the kitchen and bath dealer showroom or building materials community are highly desirable. Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in new business development and market share growth. Experience selling premium differentiated or value-added products rather than competing solely on price. Excellent relationship-building prospecting negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently manage a territory effectively and maintain consistent face-to-face customer engagement. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory with approximately 25 overnight stays per month depending on territory coverage. Self-motivated accountable competitive and driven to achieve measurable results. Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience selling through independent kitchen and bath dealers cabinetry showrooms premium surfacing dealers or specialty building materials channels are particularly attractive. Experience developing residential builder relationships is an additional plus.
