Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain and document accurate client records, including clinical notes and progress reports, adhering to departmental policies to ensure quality and compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide inclusive mental health services that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support to clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

You will work with a diverse range of clients in an outpatient setting, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent credential is essential.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other digital tools, ensuring efficient client documentation and communication.

• A self-directed and highly organized approach to work, enabling you to manage your caseload effectively while working independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately convey assessment findings and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating successful counseling and therapeutic skills.
