Account Executive (Vascular) Michigan

Merit Medical seeks a vascular account executive to present and sell medical products to new and existing healthcare accounts in Michigan. The role involves building client relationships, making clinical presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Present Merit vascular products to new and existing accounts through regular meetings and demonstrations
• Identify potential customers and provide in-service training to clinical staff on product benefits
• Prepare customized drawings, pricing contracts, and sales reports; resolve customer issues
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery and gather customer feedback
• Set and achieve personal sales goals for new client acquisition and sales volume growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related education and experience
• Minimum three years of direct sales experience, preferably medical devices
• Strong oral presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clinicians
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and business software
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no accidents in past three years)
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of medical equipment usage and product improvement identification

Compensation: $63,000-$112,000 base annually, with uncapped commission and annual sales incentive opportunities
