Get away to relax, visit family or see the World! Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for the training, coaching, and daily operations of guest services for the hotel. This includes the front desk, reservations, and audit as well as general guest services working side-by-side with the team daily. This position helps to set the tone for the guest experience and demonstrates leadership by setting the example of exceptional guest service. As Front Office Manager, you will work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments and independently. The person in this key role is exceptional in communicating and coordinating work efforts with their team and others to achieve outstanding guest and team member satisfaction throughout the hotel. Performs quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Requirements: Previous 2+ years of Front Office Manager experience in a branded hotel environment College degree or coursework in hospitality related field preferred Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills High energy with effective and influential people skills.
