- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and scheduling
- Take messages and communicate effectively with the veterinary team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and compassionate client support
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process invoices, payments, and cash transactions
- Educate clients about hospital services and patient care recommendations
- Support hospital workflow and maintain a positive client experience
- Practice proper infection control and hospital safety protocols
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and coworkers
- Help create a welcoming, supportive environment for pets and their families
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience required
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to build rapport with clients, coworkers, and leadership
