PRODUCT SALES MANAGER (STARLINK)The Starlink Enterprise Sales team is hiring a results-driven, capable Sr. Product Sales Manager to support Starlink’s adoption across the world. This role is part of a high velocity team with extremely high expectations – the role requires a strong balance of business and technical acumen, as well as knowledge of the Starlink product and network, to support the Enterprise Sales team in achieving revenue targets.RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the user experience of Enterprise customers for Starlink.com – this includes checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketingIdentify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internallySupport the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio managementSupport the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilitiesWork in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teamsConsult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offeringsOversee technical training and development for team membersRepresent Starlink at global conferences and eventsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing rolePREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Previous technical experience focused on computer networking or software developmentExperience leading complex operational and strategic initiativesDistinctive business judgment, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong ability to prioritize the most impactful actions for the organization even in ambiguous situationsExcellent project management, problem solving and analysis skillsExperience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problemsDemonstrated technical aptitude for the products you’ve supportedADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as neededWillingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locationsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Pay range:Sr. Product Sales: $130,000.00 - $205,000.00/yrYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Company shuttles are offered to employees for roundtrip travel from select Seattle locations to the SpaceX Redmond office Monday to Friday.This position is also eligible for a sales bonus plan.
