As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will help create compelling visual content for digital advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. You will contribute throughout the creative process, from initial brainstorming and concept development to polished final assets. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will translate creative briefs into engaging designs that capture attention and support campaign performance. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma will help ensure visual consistency, technical precision, and high-quality execution. You will also bring fresh ideas, an understanding of social media trends, and a performance-driven mindset to every project. Accountabilities:

You will develop high-quality visual assets for paid social advertising campaigns, collaborating with the team to transform creative ideas into effective designs that align with campaign objectives and performance metrics. Participate actively in the entire creative process, from brainstorming and ideation to design execution and final delivery.

Create engaging, high-quality visual assets for diverse advertising concepts across Meta and TikTok.

Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with team members to understand design requirements, project objectives, and deadlines.

Produce polished, pixel-perfect designs with exceptional attention to detail, typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.

Apply design best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across creative deliverables.

Provide technical guidance on file organization, asset management, and digital design standards.

Contribute creative ideas and propose innovative solutions to improve advertising concepts and campaign effectiveness.

Use an understanding of paid social performance and audience engagement to inform design decisions and support campaign KPIs.

Stay informed about emerging visual trends, social media formats, and creative approaches relevant to digital advertising.

Requirements: You are a detail-oriented designer with strong visual storytelling skills, proven experience creating paid social advertisements, and the ability to combine creativity with a performance-focused mindset. You work independently, welcome feedback, and proactively contribute ideas that improve creative outcomes. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Practical experience working with Figma.

Proven experience designing creative assets for paid social advertising campaigns.

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design, creativity, and an understanding of digital advertising.

A strong interest in the startup ecosystem, with an understanding of copywriting principles, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Experience working with FinTech clients is a significant advantage.

A solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to influence creative decisions and recommend improvements based on KPIs and social media performance metrics.

Exceptional attention to detail, including typography, visual consistency, and technical accuracy.

Strong work ethic, initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

The ability to manage tasks independently, collaborate effectively, and deliver quality work within agreed deadlines.
