Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Arcola | Silver Spring, MD $36–$40/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Arcola. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents while helping them improve everyday function, build confidence, and achieve greater independence. What You'll Do

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer
