Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to stimulate cognitive function.
• Monitor and document changes in clients' conditions and report to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in caregiving, particularly with dementia patients, is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
