Our GeneralUtility position supports production and machine operators by performing assigned entry-level duties that vary with daily assignments.

This full-time position reports directly to aProduction Supervisorand is locatedatour Ramsey, Minnesota manufacturing facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain production efficiency and output through supporting order fulfillment and machine operations as needed
• Support machine operator and assistant machine operator in essential function for continued operations
• Handle raw material and finished goods in preparation for production or shipment
• Other duties, as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• High School diploma orGEDequivalentfrom an accredited institutionor 1+ years manufacturingor comparableexperience inplaceof education
• Previous experienceapplyingmathskillssuch asaddition, subtraction,multiplication,and division
• Previous experience reading,following,and/orcompleting detailed work instructions
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidaysas required

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 1+ years previous manufacturing experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.

• Must be able to walk for 6+ hours per shift
• Must be able to reach and grasp up to 6+ hours per shift
