Shipping Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Position Summary As a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of non‑exempt employees in CVS Health’s state‑of‑the‑art distribution facility. You will plan, organize, direct, control, and supervise daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center. You will also manage order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders and maintain a high level of productivity and quality. Primary Responsibilities Hire, on‑board, train, schedule, and assign work to new hires. Ensure employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to complete tasks. Monitor and adjust resources to achieve daily production and delivery goals. Balance workloads by taking readings throughout the day to meet projected completion times. Monitor work performance to meet or exceed quality and quantity expectations. Conduct staff meetings and verify daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted timely. Provide ongoing training and retraining to prepare employees for productivity standards. Use reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve workday problems. Communicate effectively across all levels. Analyze information to make sound business decisions. Build high‑performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues. Required Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of supervisory experience. 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center. Education Verifiable high‑school diploma or GED. Work Hours and Type Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Time type: full‑time. Shift: second shift (2pm–11pm, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility as needed). Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 – $102,081.00. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
