Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of:

(7:00AM to 3:30PM) Monday through Friday

A successful candidate has:

• 1-2 years in a shop or maintenance environment preferred
• Exceptional organizational & communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to physically move stock in the facility
• Experience with Microsoft office applications and the ability to type proficiently

Responsibilities include:

• Administrative duties to support the location's Shop Manager
• Sort, review, organize and file various documentation (i.e preventative maintenance forms, invoices, printed emails, employee files)
• Utilize company software to order, review, send, receive and track parts in inventory as well as the ability to review mechanic's repair orders for accurate part disposition daily.
• Create, keep, and remind shop management of appointments and other priorities/tasks
• Answer phone calls to handle the issues, find the appropriate person to handle the issue or take a message and follow up.
• Communicate daily with shop leads to monitor timelines on projects/repairs.
