Payroll Support Specialist

Our company provides accessibility lifts and small, specialty elevators for homes, places of worship, and commercial/public buildings. We are searching for a motivated & capable person to join our accounting & finance team in our Duluth, MN office. This position entails the following responsibilities: Process bi-weekly, commission, bonus and off-cycle payrolls. Benefits administration, billing, and reconciliation. Onboarding new employees. Audit support for taxes, 401k, and other benefits administration Submit periodic payroll tax reports, surveys, 401k submissions Accounting data entry and related work Other duties as assigned Qualifications – required Payroll processing/benefits administration experience (2+ years). Accounting education/training (4-year degree or equivalent experience). Ability to discretely manage sensitive information and work independently Exceptional administrative organization. Reliable, timely follow through on assigned tasks. Professional phone & email communication skills. Attention to detail.Independent problem-solving skills.
