AssemblerAssembler Location: Menlo Park, CA Duration: 6 month contractHours: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday - FridayCurrently we are working 9 (45hrs.) or 10(50hrs.) hour shifts. and some Saturdays.Must Have: Ability to speak, write and understand English to comply with written procedures, instructions, SOPs and other documents Ability to use microscopes, assemble small partsJob DescriptionResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to nonrepetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.Sets initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.Benefits: (employee contribution) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
