CNA Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Supporting nursing staff with routine care tasks
- Promoting resident dignity, comfort, and safety
- Documenting care and reporting changes in condition
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
Ideal Candidate:
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina
- Experience in nursing homes, rehab centers, or assisted living preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
- Strong communication and time management skills
