Summary The Head of Data Product Management will lead the enterprise data product strategy to enable AI-driven analytics and enterprise-scale capabilities. This role shapes the data product portfolio, drives cross-functional adoption, and ensures measurable business value across digital commerce, personalization, and inventory optimization. The leader operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business to accelerate the company’s data-driven transformation. Responsibilities Define and champion the enterprise data product strategy and multi-year portfolio plan. Partner with senior business leaders to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and ROI models. Build and lead a high-performing Data Product Management team and institutionalize the product lifecycle. Collaborate across Data Engineering, Governance, Analytics, AI, and business units to ensure product adoption and value realization. Oversee delivery, performance monitoring, iteration, and continuous improvement of data products. Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security standards, and promote responsible data and AI practices. Requirements 10+ years in data, analytics, product management, or digital transformation. Proven experience building and scaling data products or enterprise data platforms. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and drive measurable business value. Strong understanding of modern data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, and cloud-native stacks.
