To support the settlement phase of residential mortgages, the full-time Senior Loan Closer will prepare and organize legal documents, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with mortgage closing procedures while working remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare, review, and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan settlements, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines Establish and maintain relationships with customers, attorneys, and title companies, guiding internal teams in documentation collection Lead and mentor junior staff, assist in process improvements, and resolve escalated issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of experience in residential mortgage banking and closing
