We are Hiring Immediately for a Manufacturing position!

Job Title: Grinder - 1st shift
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

Overview:

About the Role:
As a Grinder, you will be the maestro behind the machines, ensuring that every component meets our high-quality standards. Your expertise in grinding will help transform raw materials into refined parts that are integral to our cutting-edge technology. You'll work the 2nd shift, bringing your best energy and precision as you contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Precision Grinding: Operate advanced grinding machines to achieve exact surface finishes and dimensions.
Quality Assurance: Inspect and measure workpieces using precision tools, ensuring that every product meets the companies high-quality standards.
Machine Mastery: Set up, calibrate, and maintain grinding equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols and guidelines.

What We're Looking For:
Skill & Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining environment, particularly with grinding processes. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence are a must.
Adaptability: Comfortable working the 2nd shift and adjusting to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
