Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will identify client needs, recommend suitable insurance policies, and build long-term relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

• To ensure informed decision-making, explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.

• Customize insurance plans to meet client requirements and budgets.

• Negotiate with insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.

• Stay current with industry trends, insurance regulations, and product offerings.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

• Process applications, renewals, and policy modifications efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish & English Speaker - Required for this role

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred).

• Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain).

• Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of various insurance products and industry regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
