Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active IL SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatrics or school-aged children is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
- Comfortable delivering both onsite and remote (teletherapy) services
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Role Overview:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for K–12 students, as specified by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop targeted therapy plans
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and session notes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings; collaborate with staff and families
- Participate in paid administrative time and team meetings
- Flexibly serve students across a small number of school sites depending on assignment
- Access dedicated therapy spaces and receive training on the district’s IEP system
