Buyer/Planner

You will love taking full ownership of material planning and vendor management in a role that directly influences the success of daily plant operations. This is a fantastic Direct Hire opportunity to bring your procurement expertise or education to an industry leader where your strategic planning makes an immediate impact every day. Role Highlights $24-28/hr based on experience Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Direct Hire Stable daytime schedule Collaborative and growing team environment What You Will Do Manage master production schedules and material requirements plans Create, review and order purchase orders Verify accuracy of pricing, quantities, lead times and delivery schedules Assist with sourcing new suppliers, products, and materials as needed Identify and communicate any issues such as material shortages or scheduling conflicts What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Previous experience as a Buyer, Planner, or Supply Chain Specialist is preferred Basic understanding of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control principles Comfortable with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and forecasting Excellent communication skills If you are looking for a rewarding Direct Hire role where you can drive supply chain success,
