Our client, an agricultural industry leader, is seeking a Corn Sorter to join their team. As a Corn Sorter, you will be part of the production support team, assisting in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring efficient processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Corn Sorter

Location: Princeton, IL

Pay Range: $16

Shift:

• Team 1: Monday-Friday 6:00am-12:00pm and Saturdays 6:00am-6:00pm
• Team 2: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-6:00pm and Sundays 6:00am-6:00pm

What's the Job?

• Remove all nonconforming material, such as husks/stalks, damaged/moldy product, rogues, and off-types
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during your shift
• Stand, sit, reach, twist, and stoop regularly while performing duties
• Operate in a noisy environment with moving conveyors
• Assist bilingual team members and follow safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Spanish-speaking skills are welcome and encouraged
• Dress code: closed-toe shoes, long pants, and shirts covering shoulders and torso
• All PPE such as gloves and safety glasses will be provided at no charge

• Estar de pie, sentarse, alcanzar, girar y agacharse regularmente mientras realizas tus tareas
• Trabajar en un ambiente ruidoso con transportadores en movimiento
• Colaborar con compañeros bilingües y seguir los protocolos de seguridad
