Flex Security Officer (Corporate Setting) – SF, CA Marksman Security, LLC is hiring immediately for Flex Security Officers (Corporate Setting) in San Francisco, CA. Compensation: $27.50 per hour. Shift flexibility and weekend/holiday availability required. Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and be willing to work weekends, daytime, evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. (varies by site). Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling. Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times. Typical Responsibilities Maintain site access control and visitor logs. Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check‑ins. Maintain a professional presence while enforcing corporate security policies. Conduct patrols and safety checks . Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. Write detailed incident and daily activity reports. Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards. Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines. Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance. Qualifications At least 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid State BSIS California Guard Card. Strong customer service skills. Familiarity with report writing. Computer skills are a must. Good verbal and written communication skills. Monitoring and surveillance experience. Essential computer competencies. Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
