Registered Dietitian Part Time
Harbor Village North Health and Rehab
Harbor Village Health and Rehabilitation Center, a Short-Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility located in a quaint location of New London, is seeking an Enthusiastic Part time Dietitian to join our team!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents and staff to perform daily tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills.
