Grid Structures is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of customer projects from order through delivery. This position plays a key role in coordinating production schedules, managing communication between internal departments, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project schedules within the company's MRP system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular project updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate receipt and shipment of materials with customers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Manage invoicing for assigned projects and ensure timely billing.
• Communicate with galvanizing partners to track materials and expedite turnaround as needed.
• Work closely with production teams to meet customer deadlines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborate with detailing personnel to develop and release shop drawings in line with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit approval and submittal packages, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.
• Develop and maintain monthly revenue forecasts based on active and upcoming projects, providing updates to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred — ideally in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Technology.
• Previous project management experience required, preferably within a manufacturing or construction-related environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with MRP or ERP systems is a plus.
