Digital Marketing Specialist

In addition, from time to time, our team members will be required to engage in travel to attend AVB’s Annual All-Employee Meeting, as well as other travel obligations which may be required of the position- such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions, and other events, where you will represent AVB! We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day account activities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. The specialist will plan and execute campaigns, oversee quality assurance, analyze performance through reporting, and drive overall client satisfaction. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Communicates routinely and in a timely manner with clients via email, video call, phone calls & text messages. Establishes a strong consulting relationship with the member and build trust to promote continued business growth. Routinely reviews and analyzes campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and continued growth. Effectively presents all agency proposals to clients, identifying new business opportunities within their industry or market, and generating campaign ideas for both clients and the agency. Keeps apprised of the client’s brands, products, sales, services, KPIs and marketing developments. Offers insight on other successful campaigns within the group. Manages and audits campaigns to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all ongoing campaigns with respect to their ad creative and budgets. Leads and integrates account team (production manager, creative services, digital services, web development, business development) and delegates deliverables on behalf of client. Communicates directly with agencies, internal teams and outside vendors as necessary on program implementation as the expert on AVB Marketing's services and solutions. Resolves problems and issues arising from clients and/or projects and identifies key learnings and best practices to prevent repeat of incident. Provides clear direction and quality assurance for all client deliverables. Proofs creative work and reviews with client for feedback & final approval in a timely manner. Creates and executes creative briefs when necessary. Accurately submits billing and project management tasks and reviews monthly invoice packets for assigned accounts. Performs any other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities General understanding of advertising, digital marketing, social media, creative services, production, retail, and sales. Needs to exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills and work cross-functionally across our organization to collaborate with all teams. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and organizational skills are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced excel knowledge preferred. Salesforce experience preferred. Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude. Strategic planning and Budget management experience. Strong aptitude for and knowledge of project and time management. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field of studies is preferred. Account Executive/Management: 2-4 years’ related experience; Agency experience is preferred. Marketing Certifications are a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to travel when required with proper accommodations, if necessary.
