Social Worker Profession: LMSW Specialty: Social Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Must have an active social work license in Alaska Certifications: LMSW, Master's in Social Work or equivalent educational degree Must-Have: Experience with EMR systems (EPIC, MIDAS) Description:Must have an Alaska social work license in hand prior to submission.The position is for a Master's Social Worker (LMSW).The role involves working 8-hour days from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.One position will be Monday to Friday, and the other will be Friday to Monday.The ratio is 1 social worker to 8 patients.Experience covering all units and providing rotational coverage in emergency and mother/baby settings is required.Typical procedures include assessment of social situations and needs, followed by writing corresponding plans.Participation in multidisciplinary team rounds for discharge planning is essential.An independent starter with a willingness to consult with other professionals is needed.Creativity is valuable, as the environment presents unique challenges.Attire can scrubs or business casual.There is no on‑call requirement, and occasional weekend coverage is rare. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet Health
