Your Role:

As a Crew Team Member, you’re the face of our brand. You'll connect with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience, help them order their McDonald's favorites at front-counter, in drive-thru, through the app, and on kiosks. You also may prepare world-famous food, and - together as a team - keep our restaurant looking fantastic.

Who We're Looking For:

Individuals with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be 16 or older.

About This Role:

This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This means the independent franchisee, and not McDonald’s USA, is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA.
