Training pay $18.25* Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards.* Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; maintain a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and housekeeping at the workstation.* Promptly report all safety incidents and complete all mandatory safety training.* Actively collaborate within a team cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality, delivery, downtime reduction, and 5S* Demonstrate operating flexibility.* Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.* Ability to stand throughout the shift.Pre-employment Requirements:Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
