Warehouse Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Overview Siemens is a leading production company specializing in electrical products (breaker). This role is a Warehouse Coordinator for the Grand Prairie Breaker Plant, second shift (4:00 pm–12:30 am). The Coordinator will oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, ensure efficient operations, and maintain accurate inventory records. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP). Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels. Process inbound receiving accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customer service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics in a similar role. Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations preferred. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
