Job Opportunity: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to become a valuable member of our team. This position primarily focuses on inpatient care at the Behavioral Medicine Center (BMC), with the potential for outpatient responsibilities in the afternoons at the Behavioral Health Institute (BHI) and/or within intensive outpatient programs for children and adolescents. The role also includes teaching and supervisory duties for child and adolescent fellows, with opportunities to participate in a longitudinal teaching clinic and/or an integrated clinic alongside pediatrics.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $240,000 to $321,000 , depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation policies. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
