HIRING NOW!!! CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for production and prototype parts.
• Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and machine adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documents.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Meet production cycle times while maintaining accuracy.
• Pre-stage materials and support efficient production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements:

• CNC Lathe Set-Up experience required.
• CNC Machining Certificate or 3+ years of machine shop experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a basic set of personal tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
