Job DescriptionOxford Solutions is hiring a Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a client operating a closed-door, technology-driven pharmacy environment in Chesterfield, MO. This role is open to recent graduates as well as pharmacists with a few years of experience.Location: Chesterfield, MOWork Schedule: OnsiteResponsibilities:Verify new and refill prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosing, interactions, contraindications, and labeling.Oversee pharmacy technicians and support prescription processing, transfers, and fulfillment.Provide patient counseling and medication education by phone.Communicate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical or processing issues.Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and applicable regulations.Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and operations teams in a high-volume closed-door pharmacy environment.Qualifications:Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing required.0-3 years of relevant pharmacist experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Experience in mail-order, specialty, fulfillment, or closed-door pharmacy is preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and technical aptitude.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) options, paid time off and holidays, paid parental leave, disability and life insurance, employee assistance resources, and additional workplace benefits.Pharmacist (Closed Door) - 26-00668
