About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance and Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a financial leader with a strong vision for managing budgets and physical resources to drive excellence in finance and operations. This role is pivotal in balancing the complexities of school finance with the ultimate goal of improving educational outcomes for students. The Executive Director will be responsible for the management and accounting functions of the district's financial and physical resources, including the development of annual and long-range budgets, and ensuring compliance with all financial matters. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Finance and Operations include overseeing all aspects of district financial operations, managing capital and facilities, ensuring compliance in reporting and coordination, and leading strategic planning to align resources for integrity and equity. The role also involves supervising a team and exploring facility reorganization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of three years of successful business office or school administrative experience, and strong organizational and community-oriented skills.
