Manager of Accounting – High Growth Tech Services Firm We’re working with a high growth Services Firm. They are seeking a Manager of Accounting to help lead a team of 4 people. Reporting to head of team, this professional will be working with Executives, COO, and Sales team. Responsibilities Oversee balance sheet, cash flow, P&L for month/quarter/year‑end accounting close and financial reports Responsible for revenue, margins and cost tracking metrics discussed with stakeholders across the business Owner of cash management function including forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances Review customer invoicing processes and contractual agreements to reconcile revenue Perform key elements of the financial cycle and supporting subsidiary processes Manage detailed variance and fluctuation analyses Assist FP&A with accounting interpretations for budgeted transactions Assist in the annual audit Skills / Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA preferred 6+ years accounting experience out of public accounting or private accounting team is a plus Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition is needed In‑depth experience working with general ledger and financial analysis, including journal entries and detailed account analyses Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industries Accounting, Legal Services, and Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
